I like boundry mikes because my girlfriend or myself is usually bound up. I've also had good luck with the Shure S&M 57.

AKG mics seem to work the best. A C-1000 is about the right size, has a decent pick up pattern and is very usable. A D-112 is kinky if your into that sort of thing (fuckin ouch!). An Earthworks SR-71 is good for anal. YMMV.

I would have had to say, "Fuck that!"
At any rate, whatever conclusion you cum to, just remember it's not the size of the diaphram that counts, it's the range of the Freak-When-Sees...or...something...like that.
