im looking to get a kick and 2 condensors. i want some decent stuff but i dont want to spend $400 either. what are the best for the money? anyone got some for sale?

how much do you want to spend? $400 isn't a lot of $ for one of those, let alone two. Could be done with an ADK Hamburg and a used beta 52 or an EV RE 15 or AKG 112, but you will still be around the $400 mark

Im assuming you plan on using these for drums....i use an akg d112 for kick and mxl 603s for overheads...bought from a store that would run you 400...bought from the right places that ran me 220. Look around on ebay.

the best kick would be the audix d6 or the akg d112 if you wanna go cheap....but sound decent...the samson pencil condenser pair is nice.
