Deppends on what purpose... :)
Mostly I use GoldDrums soundfont for popish tunes, and Blue Jay (Sonic Implant) soundfont for rather funky/groovy ones. NS Kit is also in mind. People said Drum Kit From Hell is doing one helluva job on rock track, tought I don't have it. Many to come...

drumkit from hell IS one one heluva good set for rock. You can get it for less than 100 these days. Although my Akai Pure drums probably has the most usable set of drums in any of my CDs. It's an older library, and maybe you can get it for cheaper...

And download NSkit...it's free! I use it a lot...

Drumkit from Hell 2 can be had for 100 bucks. I imagine it's well worth it, though I haven't yet used it. I have some of the other prosamples platinum series, and they're quite fine...Percussive Adventures 2 LE is currently rocking me...some fine extended loops and great layers...

Try some of ours:
Hit my sig and listen to the demos.
Thnx

Alternatively, I think DKFH is excellent and number 2 is based around pop/dance kits. If it's anywhere near as good as number 1, then it will also be top quality.

I find very useful also Best Service's Artist Drums...
The kits are pre-processed and the samples are recorded with the natural ambience of the studio room (which can be a plus or minus, depends on your style of work).

They sound great, and If you don't have much time to spend with compressors equalizers etc , this library is the best IMHO :)

Which one ?

I use zip-o-drumz which is like 29 dollars and also the free NS kit which has a lot of good dry samples in my s900 and my s1000. My big problem is sequencing the things not the samples I use. I wish I could afford an mpc-60.
