Best drum software for use with Roland V-Drums (focus on high-hat control)

I love the sound from the v-drums, but am even more fond of the ability to trigger MIDI from this electronic kit and then have use drum software / plugin's like Toontrack to quantize and improve. My biggest challenge has always been high-hat control.

Any suggestions on drum plugins that have better high-hat triggering than products from Toontrack?
