What, no gong!
Actually that's pretty cool - and human too in the way he knocked his tom down & didn't spit - just reset & continue.
He's tall too!

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say both those guys might....MIGHT....be a bit better than I am. Might. :D

I'm going to play my drum kit now. I could be some time...

Here's one of my favorites:

Slightly different Genre than the hard rock drummers previously (hey, it's all good.:))
This is an old video of Jeff "Tain" Watts(playin' the buckets) with Branford Marsalis(on sax),the late Kenny Kirkland (on piano) and Bob Hurst (on bass)

No speakers where I am, but that sounds like a monster track from hearing those players previously!

BTW, did you actually check out Benny Greb? Because I'd hardly call him hard rock:confused: What he plays is hard t master, and he rocks - if that's what you mean;)

I'd have to disagree there I'm afraid, his playing is very reminiscent of David Garibaldi, although he obviously adds his own style. His musical output as a whole, however, is definitely unique!

I liked what I saw of Benny Greb

He has really great technique and a good stage presence. I'm not all that critical of other drummers unless they really suck and I tend to enjoy a lot of drummer's work.
He sounded like a rock drummer to me, isn't he?
