Bellari RP 220 preamp problem

My 10 yr old Bellari preamp has just gone out on one channel....I checked the tube and it's fine.
Is there anything else I can do before carting it off to repair??? Could there be an easy fix???
Have never had any problems with it prior to today. thanks.
 
Could it be as simple as a dead valve? (oops sorry you said you checked) Also check that the output level and phase reverse switches on the back have not got a bad connection.

I have a RP520 (RP220 with VU meters really) and love it.

Alan, I checked the output level and phase reverse switches and no problems. The red power light on the front of that channel also does
not light up, but the phantom power light does light. Was hoping it was just a tube problem, but is not. Yes, I have loved my Bellari, too!
