Behringer uca 222 question!

Hello,
I'm using a Tascam M308 as mixer.
How can I connect my Behringer audio-interface (uca 222) to my Tascam.
They say, I have to put in the tape outs, but my Tascam has no Tape outs.
Is there another way to connect it...

I hope you guys can help me...

The tascam looks like it has RCA outs for it's main outs. That would be your tape out. Just use one of these:

If I'm seeing a misleading picture and the Tascam has 1/4" outs, then get one of these:

They are both the same - you can use either...
