Does this have a master input so you can have to same thing on all 4 channels for headphones? Whats on the rear panel?
 
You get the same signal on all 4 stereo headphones channels.
There is both a master volume that has an effect on all headphones and for each headphones channel a separate volume control as well.

If you really want to know about all the I/O I'd suggest to download the manual from the Behringer site.
