first off, sorry for bumping your thread
how do u set up yours?

mine is
tape out---- to soundcard(line in)----- to speakers.
then maybe speakers to head phones.

i use the phones jack on the mixer to hear the instrument/vocal raw.

u see any probs wit this? got any other ways
