Most specs are rated at -1dBFS not -3dBFS so I wonder how that translates. It would seem that test is using a lower level which might even be more generous with the distortion ratings.
You could have -70dBFS without affecting those distortion figures. These are some bad, bad distortion specs... I'm sure the average soundblaster is almost ten times better.
