I'm trying to find out if the Barbetta Sona 32c would be ok for drum tracks/coming from a cd player/or drum machine... and a keyboard.. playing at the same time. I know that there are enough inputs.. but, I don't know if it is intended for that and if it would handle it ok. I would be using it at small/medium venues.. they get excellent reviews.. and it would be easier to have one amp for both. We already have to carry the bass amp/guitar amp.. instruments.. etc.
I saw a carvin amp that said it could handle drum machines and multilple keyboards in the description/specs.. but, it's much heavier, and I am definitely more into the Barbettas. I emailed them to see what they thought, but for some reason i keep getting message delivery failure... arggg...
thanks

As long as you keep the volume within reason you should have no problem at all with the speaker handling the stuff you will be pumping thru it.

It's got a 15" speaker and a horn and is equipped with an internal 450-watt power amp - it's even got a mic preamp in it because in addition to pumping keyboards and machine drums thru it they expect you to sing thru it too. When they first came out Keyboard couldn't say enough good things about them...
