"Band" music

Not exactly songwriting in the traditional sense, but does anyone on this forum write music for band like high school marching band, etc.? I used to do it 30 years ago and I am wondering if things have changed in the scoring of the music. If you have experience at this, please respond. Or if you know where there might be a forum for this type of writing.

Most people use the brain wave analyzers for writing music these days. They are also great for driving your rocket car without using your hands.

Thanks y'all. I know what you mean about the brain wave interpreter, but mine is really on the fritz. I even have to pilot my truck to work. What bummer. If you know how to tune up one of those, let me know. I tried my Korg tuner, but it didn't work.
