Balanced RCA mono -> XLR cable?

Functionally obsessed.
Is this even electrically possible?

Please pardon my ignorance, but I'm dying to know. Maybe on the RCA side, one wire could be attached to a ground of some sort?
 
Posted too soon. I realized how ridiculous this was. Unfortunately, I can't delete the thread...
 
nuthin wrong with a little smoke on sat afternoon...
 
i have one of these it lacks a use, it runs into the ground of the outlet
