This new house has created some real monitoring/isolation issues...
The basement was already finished. At one end of the basement, there's a really beautifully tiled bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi style tub. Problem is, it opens right out into the main basement room, which is the new "monitoring/tracking" room.
It would be a shame to destroy this room, since it really adds value to the property.
So, I'm thinking some good free-standing baffles would help the monitoring/tracking issue quite a bit.
I've already got plans to build window plugs, as before in the apartment room...
What are the best places to look for used cubicle walls, and such? Would rather find this stuff around town and eliminate shipping costs... or I could take the next month out of my life to build some custom baffles.
This is probably just a temporary issue anyway, since I'll probably have to build some type of wall, or put up a sliding curtain door, or something.
Would appreciate any thoughts... could post some pics of the room, too...
