backing up effects presets, etc

Hey all... I'm going to be formatting and re-installing Windows, and thus Sonar and everything else, sometime soon. While including my Sonar projects folder in my list of stuff to back up, I was reminded of all the presets I have saved for all the effects plugins, etc and was wondering how I can go about backing these up. I've looked around a bit in the Sonar directory but haven't seen anything (nothing obvious at least, maybe they are all right there in a file and I just don't know). Any help is much appreciated!

You can do this with 'Cakewalk plugin manager, it's free for registered customers and you can download it from www.cakewalk.com
