Hello everybody!
Long time no seen!
Last summer my apartment and my home studio became nothing else but button of the river.
The floody river stayed in my apartment a couple a weeks.
I managed to save most of my equipment and I was living in hotel for a 4 months.
I bought my new apartment recently and just built my new studio.
Tell me what you think. (Software is AA 3,0)

Just to mention, this is my third location.
My very first home studio burned in the fire back in 1992.

hey sikter....welcome back!
What a 'torrid' story you have there.....goodness!....hope all works out well for you.
Mate, i've been tossing with the idea of using a large lcd/plasma for my vid mons, how is the resolution/clarity on that thing of yours....looks good.

Don't worry about the clarity, Spit. It's perfect.
I bought 32" LCD TV which has PC input and connection is made by RGB cable.
My old 40" TV which has been destroyed in the flood had no PC input. I used S-video port for connection.
Picture clarity was not good but still useful.
This one was back projection TV and I never had Plasma so I don't know how it would works on it.
It's a little too big but I'm watching movies sometimes from my bed as well.
I use it when I record my guitar too.
My PC doesn't like me to stay too close when I record so I record from the distance using cordless keys and cordless mouse for controlling of AA 3,0.

Those two screens are set up as dual view but it's possible to set them up in clone mode or even like extension mode.
There is one problem so far:
When I set up screens in dual view Windows consider it as one left and one right screen, but mine stay above each other.
Every time I want to move cursor to the upper screen up I have to move the mouse to the right.
It's a little bit confusing but I'll check up if it is possible to set up screens by vertical dual view.

Hi Sikter, thankyou for the ace reply, appreciate that!
Yes, it is very possible and quite simple to set-up 'vertical' or semi-vertical view....no problem...(or any dual monitor position you can think of!)
Just a right click on your desktop>properties>settings tab>then re-arrange your screens by draggin them around the place!

I tend to use the 'windows' version of monitor setup, seems to work easier than the the stuff that comes on a video card CD.

Is that what you meant Sikter?....sorry if I seem to be telling you something you already know.

Cheers,
Spit.
PS....I think I might go an invest on a large LCD soon!...bit sick of 2 thickly framed monitors.
