here's one of my Christmas contributions....this one was unplanned and thrown together VERY quickly....as per the norm, everything is first take and the vocal even cracks on a few notes, especially the last one.....

and my daughter Aly makes a guest appearance on this one.....

Yer reachin' for some o' them high notes, gidget... admit it :) Sounds punk rock ;) But all in the spirit of the season.

5 yrs old....

reaching aint the word...in the middle of a bad sinus infection and the throat is raw....have the CT scan of my sinuses to prove it:D

I love hearing your daughter. I burned that happy birthday she sang to a CD.
I think you probably needed to sing this about a step lower. The notes that are in your range sound fine but when it gets too high for you, it sounds strained, which it is I suppose. Nice guitar.....I'm gonna get you out to play a little in Dec. ;)

well, this is the third or fourth christmas song i've listened to........do i hear christmas compilation?

anyhow, sounds good........the vocals sound a little dry......maybe a little tasteful verb would help..........nice simple song........very effective......nice

sm57...id never put a condenser in front of her....she likes to watch the meters jump so she'll ocassionally belt out some of the words to "make it red"...:rolleyes: :D :eek:

HAHAHAHAHA....that's funny. I did that too about 4 months ago when I got my first condensor. Hard to resist....


Cool how when you kissed her, you didn't mess up the guitar ;)
