Auralex makes Mineral fiber you get 6 2' x 4' pieces for like 80$ rigid fiberglass i can get 6 2' x 4' for 95$...which do you think is the better purchase?

Rigid fiberglass is easier to work with and keeps its shape better than mineral wool. I can't tell you if that's worth the extra $15 to you. Also, 705 rigid fiberglass is better than 703 for bass trapping. Which one is being offered for $95?

the 703 is offered for 95$ for 48 square feet. for bass trapping was was going to use 3 sheets in one frame. I don't really know what the better purchase is. I know 703 is very good for what it does, and I've seen the foam looked down upon, but i haven't heard anything about their Mineral Fiber.
