It's got 2 analog ins and 2 digital (S/PDIF) ins, so theoretically you can record 4 tracks at once using something like this [CLICK] to feed the S/PDIF inputs, assuming your software is capable of recording on 4 tracks simultaneously.

Im only looking to record 2 tracks at once, and for a scratc track at that(guitar and vocals). WIll I need that thing to only record two analogue tracks at once?

No, but you'll need 2 channels of preamp, unless you already have something (like a mixer) with preamps in it.

Bulls, unless you have a different version of the Delta control panel than I have, there is no "+4" option. It's either "-10" or "consumer". More importantly, this setting only affects the output level, not the input. (The input is fixed at the "consumer" level.)

Yeah mine's a delta 44, which gives you +4 db option on output and allows you you select it on each of the 4 inputs as well
