It seems I've been reading posts and such relating to the audiophile (obviously being the card I plan on getting) not having driver support or something for win2000. Is this true? I looked at Midiman's site and Musician's Friend's site and it says it includes drivers for win2000. What's the deal? Is it just a few people having problems or is it beyond that? I'm hoping once I get my machine under way to use win2000. I mean to me anything above 98 (1st edition) is good. Although 98 2nd edition seemed a little shaky...at least on my friend's computer but that could be some other problem (like the user haha j/k) And XP...ughh more like being in a giant cartoon rather than a working OS. Although did I hear you can disable the graphics in XP? LOL, that'd probably be the 1st thing I do if I used XP. But someone please clarify this about win2000. Thanks. (Also, anybody got any good recommendations for a motherboard/CPU for the audiophile? I'd appreciate that too
)
