Is anyone successfully using the M-Audio Audiophile 2496, or any of the other Delta cards, in a current model Power Mac G4?
I bought an Audiophile card for one of these machines, because the latest G4s have no audio input, and have been extremely disappointed with the latest (2/20/2001) drivers. The card basically doesn't work as a Sound Manager I/O device. ASIO sorta works, but most low-budget (< US$200) recording S/W doesn't support ASIO.
From what little I've heard of the card using ASIO, the hardware is certainly adequate for the money. So is anyone making it work in a late-model Mac?
