audiophile 2496 control panel problem

I got everything hooked and everything is working fine, but I'm having problem with the faders in the panel control, there is sound coming out of the analog outputs and the meters moving, but the faders are all set to minimum and even when I bring them up the sound doesnt change!! how can I solve this and how should I set up the mute and solo checkboxes?

Sure you haven't got Sonar set up to do input monitoring? If so, turn it off, OPTIONS-AUDIO and see what the faders do then.

had something setup with the mixer console, problem has been solved now.
