Audiogram 6 records way to quiet please help!

Hey I just got a Yamaha Audiogram 6 two days ago and when I record using a Rode NT1a the vocals are way to quiet, and the volume is all the way up on the interface and i cant figure it out? please help!

Have you got phantom power turned on?

Yeah its on, Also when im listening through the headphones while I'm recording it sounds really loud but then when i listen back on it its just way to quiet
