does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about finding employment in the electronics music industry?

i'm just about to graduate in electronics in the uk and want to go work for audio effects manufacturers, software manufacturers, studios, anything electronic and music-y.. or even just summin music-y.

i wouldn't know where to start, but i've got a HUUUUUGE interest in music (like most of ya) and my third year project was using dsps for audio processing.

all i wanna do is make mooooosic!

cheers y'all

The obvious answer is apply for job openings. Go to mfg web sites and look for their corporate page. Most companies post job openings.

I have had good luck sometimes being a little more direct. If you can find the names of key personnel through the web or by calling the receptionist try to contact the decision makers directly.

Be confiden and sell yourself.
