Audio-Technica PRO 63 Cardioid Dynamic Mic....Good for acoustic recording?

I'm looking to buy a decent mic to use when recording with my acoustic guitar. I use a Shure Pg58 for my vox but it just can't cut it for my acoustic. I have heard nothing but good things about the Shure sm57 but its a lil too expensive for my current finances. I have looked around and found a similar mic. The Audio-Technica PRO 63 Cardioid Dynamic Instrument Mic. Is it worth it, or would i be better off using my PG58 and saving the $$?
 
Do a search on 'Niant mics. I've not used them but based on experience good 'flat' (relative) small cap omnis are very effective and usefull in many ways in the long term.
