Someone is offering to sell me a pair of these for 200.00

Are they worth it? What should my counter offer be if not?

A better question is why you would want these particular mics. Unless you are aware of some specific purpose that they excel at, I would think $200 would be better spent on a pair of Oktava MK012's, or something similar.
