I have finally completed my first project, and want to mix it down. When I go to Export>Audio Mixdown and do it, it says "Error on mixdown" and thats it! It doesn't tell me what went wrong. Help!

This is a stupid, very badly explained problem in Cubase, but luckaly, It's known 
You forgot to set the left and right locators. They are the little white arrows in the darkblue bar above all the tracks. This is where you set the "workspace" to, and this is the region that you export. Right now, they are probably both at the same points, so basicly, you are telling Cubase to export nothing.

cubase always tells me to set the locators. weird that yours just says "error".

OK I figured it out, the locators were inverted, im retarded
