Hello to All , I want to purchase an audio interface with multiple optiona, good one with big sound,flexible price , warranty , Please do help in selecting one from the market.

Really you're going to have to give more details before anyone can advise you.
How many simultaneous inputs do you need to record at one time? Do all these have to be microphone inputs or will you use separate pre-amps or (perhaps) a mixer? What inputs will your computer accept? USB? Firewire? PCI cards? Cardbus? What sort of budget do you have?
Seriously, without knowing a bit more we could recommend things that are totally unsuitable.
