Audio input/output problem in Audition 2.0

Hey, i have recently installed audition 2.0 and when goin to assign my audio hardware come across a problem. If have a MDelta Audiohile soundcard which i use for input, but i use my default windows driver for output. Yet i can only seem to assign one or the other. So i either have no input, but have playback. or have input but no playback. Any ideas please?

hi,
you can assign 'one or the other' per track in multi view....that is correct.
Goto settings, and choose the card you want to be used as playback and record, by priority....sorry, at work at the mo!

The priority thing is important. I thought I had exactly the same issue (I uave and Audiophile192) but juggling the global priorities helped fix it... ANd you can adjust at the track level in multitrack view...
