Audio Hard Disk

I am running Windows 95. I presently have Cakewalk Home Studio 8 but I cant play my audio and midi tracks together without it sounding out of wack.
I want to Cakewalk profesional 8 but I dont want to run into the same problem. I have a good Pentium and 32 mbram.

I never did the cakewalk but you might be able to get an answer quicker in the cakewalk
forum here. You must have missed it.
