Audio buddy vs dmp3

Would most people be able to notice a difference in quality? I'd love the TAMPA, but that ain't gonna happen. Now I don't need a gear snob to tell me anything but top of the line is crap, I just need to know if I can achieve an acceptable level of sound quality putting either of these in front of a Delta 1010.

I've heard the Audio Buddy and I personally wouldn't use that. I haven't used the DMP3, but that gets a lot of good reviews around here, so that's probably the better choice of the two.

Thanks, i too have heard good things about the dmp3, and was afraid the audio buddy for half the price would be "kid's stufff".
