ATM 25 vs PRO 35 for kick-drum micing

Could someone tell me the difference between the ATM25HE and the PRO 25 (both Audio-Technica) for bass-drum micing, in terms of sound. Both are designed for bass drum micing and bass cabinet micing, but the PRO35 is 30$ cheaper. THe only difference I saw is that the PR035 doesn't hear anything above 12Khz. I don't really see why that would be needed for a bass drum anyway... So is the ATM25 worth the 30$ or will the PRO25 do the job fine?

Did I say PRO35??? I meant PRO25!!!
