Assign Samples to Midi Track

Hi Guys,

I am attempting to make backing track with drum kit created on a midi file. But this obviously doesnt sound realistic? How do i go about making it sound more like a drum kit rather than a computer generated sound? Do i use a special program?

Go to rgcaudio.com and download their free "sfz" soundfont player.

Then go to hammersound.net and download some soundfonts of realistic drums.

Load sfz in your sequencer, load a soundfont into it and point the midi file to it.

Directions come with sfz....
