ASIO/Latency Issue

I have a Line 6 UX2 and am currently using Reaper as my DAW. This works with no problems (no lag, crackling, etc.).

I also have a Vox ToneLab ST that I'm trying to use (via USB connection). I've tried installing their ASIO drivers from their website but there is still obvious latency and the ToneLab does not come up on my list of ASIO devices in Reaper.

I can't find anything on my computer that shows the ASIO driver for the ToneLab is "active" or working in any way...

Any advice on what to try next?

I'm using a PC, Windows 7 64-bit if that helps.

What ASIO devices are showing up in Reaper ?
Maybe it is labeled as a Windows ASIO device.

You might have to unselect the Line 6 ASIO in Reaper before selecting the Tonelab.
Windows only allows for one active ASIO device at a time.
