Hi all, I'm replaceing the stock tubes in my Art MP Gold and would like to use Tung-Sol 12AX7's. Is there any difference sonically from the 12AX7/ECC803-S Gold and the 12AX7 by Tung-Sol? Thanks in advance!

Sonically....there's not gonna be a huge difference with tube swaps. Some break up a little earlier than others, some are a little clearer.
I've got a few pieces of tube gear and a tube mic and have about a dozen different AX series tubes along with some AT, AY's and I've swapped about everything.
The differences are sometimes so subtle as to be nil. Other times, not so subtle but never have I swapped a tube and had a "wow factor" in the difference.
I'm just guessing here but, the difference may be more of a cumulative thing. Like if you had 20 tracks with the "best" tubes you've got vs the "worst" ones, you may hear the difference more clearly.
