The vocals a kind of distant. Try to bring them up and back off on the reverb a bit. Maybe boost the mids, too. The bass is there but I think it could come up in the mix a bit. It seems buried under the drums and guitars. Some of the highs on the acoustic are pretty piercing and almost distracting. The drums sound good. Good verb and feel to them. I would bring up the bass in the kick a bit but that may be just me. All in all, the song is very well put together and sounds pretty tight. Good work.

I second the idea of scaling back the reverb on the vox. It sounds kind of strange as is.
