Nice drums. They seemm a bit high and spread out for my taste. Are you very tall with real long arms? Do you want to play your pedals with just your toes?
How you set up your kit is a matter of personal preference. If you like it like that, then it's fine. I personally prefer to get my drums closer together and under me more.

Yeah, I could try them closer... I was just worried about the actual placements (snare in the correct place, crash, ride, etc... relatively speaking

The best way to set up your kit is to visualize. Sit down on your throne and put the bass drum where it feels comfortable for you to play. Next close your eyes and hold you sticks about where you feel comfortable playing the snare. Open your eyes and set the hight and placement. Repeat the last step for all the other parts of your kit. Then you should have a good setup for you. Then mark your stands with a sharpie to help you remember how you set it up each time. I did this and totally changed the look of the kit, but boy does it feel comfortable to play just for me. Its like setting your seat in the car, make it good for you, not to look like someone elses kit.

I had to come back here and
see your kit again, it really is nice and looks like the kit I'm looking for. The toms aren't all that deep which makes them ideal for recording and gigging. What size are all of the drums? Is it a 22" or a 20" kick? Is that the $4000.00 kit or is it less?
Yamaha is probably my favorite drums currently on the market, and I don't own any. I have a Rogers, a Slingerland, and a very large Tama kit. I like DW aso, but they're just too damn expensive. I'm not familiar with the "Absolute" series. Is that their "top of the line"?
