To put it simply, no, there shouldn't be any difference. Unless of course, you're recording to 16 bit in one, 24 bit in another, and 32 bit in another one still. xD

Not before clipping perhaps but I think there do exist minute differences between all machines of the same ilk. It's sometimes silly things like one having a different kind of stereo width or speed of fader response.

0dBFS is 0dBFS on all systems. Headroom is not inherent to a DAW, it's a matter of how you operate the DAW.
