I have a drum track I need to define the transients into regions, slice them up for adusting in PT free on win98. I need to save the work of manually defining all those beats into regions, gotta fix em....

Google "Beat Slicer *Windows 98*". That's what I did, but was hesitant about linking any because I dunno what you consider cheap...
