I should have elaborated. I have a Saffire & a Grace 101 pre, thus I don't use Saffire's pre's.
I've just discovered the Mini Me & am wondering if I am losing quality by feeding the Grace into Saffire's line in & if I should go with a MiniMe instead of the setup I have.
I like the Saffire because I can integrate it's DSP effects into the monitor mix, so I sound good to me, while my computer only gets my dry vocal, which I can hopefully repair later with VST effects.
Keeping the Saffire for this reason alone (and it really is the only reason) is ridiculous. Is this achievable with the Mini series? How do you guys put effects into the monitors, without recording the effects?
