Apogee Jam Good for Recording?

Hello Folks.

Simply put, is the latest Apogee Jam able to produce decently sounding, good quality recordings of guitars and basses in Logic Pro X? Any opinions? Just looking to track some enjoyably sounding stuff that can pass as respectable to listen to for a non-pro musician.

just thought i'd give a shameless shameful bump, lol.

For that sort of money you could buy a 'proper' interface. One of the Behringer UMs, there is a decent looking M-Audio two mic AI for under 90quid, an Alesis i02 IF you can find one.

I think you would be paying for the Apogee name and giving up a lot of versatility for no discernible increase in sound quality.

Dave.

Cool/appreciate the response, m8.
