Anyone using the Delta Dio 2448 with win2k?

I am thinking of getting this card to do digital transfers of audio from a roland vstudio(coaxial),as well as a minidisk recorder(optical).But I prefer to run Windows 2000 on my pc.I just thought I'd see if anyone knows if it works well with win2k?They appear to have drivers for it on their website,but it sounds like it could be troublesome to get it to work unless you are using the right software with it.
