Anyone used an AKG D14s?

Just wondered if this is another kick drum mic, as it looks similar to the D12/D20? Is it rare? Is it good?

Also, does the omni PL9 from ElectroVoice have any use?

NO, Mr. Bill!!! This is not a kick mic, and I don't know how it would be for High SPL's, either. It's frequency response starts at 50 hz, and it's a main vocal mic intended for a PA. Is it rare? not particularly. Is it valuable? I have no clue. It's a vintage dynamic with a hi-lo impedence switch. Probably good for vintage vocal sound.-Richie
