I have one. I'm very impressed with it. I use it for vocal, acoustic guitar and I also use it for amps some times, it sounds similar to my sm57.
It's much better than my Oktava MC319. But for some vocals the oktava is better.
Where can you get one for that price. That's almost what I had to pay for a used one.
BTW Milab is located only about 1 km away from where I live. : )
You must be really lucky to live only a kilometer away from the Milab factory? I have a VM-44 pencil condenser and really dig it! Milab is a great microphone company and one day I hope I will be able to have a VIP50 model. That is one of Ray Charles' favorite vocal mics. The Swedes made some very good stuff.
