anyone seen this error?

not sure if its audio related but thought someone here might recognize the
terminology and nomenclature...in short the error message!:D

thanks for any ideas how to fix this, as its popping up 2-3 times a day.

I did the Disc Cleanup and Defragmenting now....

Maybe a malware or spyware issue. Have you tried running a scan with spybot or adaware?
Also a little more detail like whch OS you are using and when you encounter the error.
 
Windows XP.

Random times...I'm going to do a SpySweep now.

thanks... I got into msconfig and deselected the Microsoft Office. (and AIM and iTunes?)..

it was interesting seeing all that stuff activated at startup!:eek:

there was alot of stuff I don't even know what it is...
