Anyone know anything about Favilla guitars?

Rzzzzz!
Particularly Herk Favilla guitars. I know that there was a relationship between the Favillas and the D'aquistos (RIP Jimmy). Other than a few scraps that I could cull from a google search, there really isn't a whole lot of information.

Are these good guitars? Do they sound and play well? Are they expensive?
