I had a look at some images on the net and it looks like it has midi connectors. This site has some comments about it, note that they say you need a manual, but I think there should be one on the net somewhere. If it has 1 good sound I would buy it for $25.
In fact I have a room full of old keyboards that have 1 good sound
Like all the cheap Casios, it has limited Midi capability - 8 channels including the drums. Don't think there are touch sensitive keys. If you are looking for a cheap instrument to add some keyboard soundss to your recordings, go for it. Or if you want to learn/practice rusty keyboard craft.
That was the supposedly "next generation" IXA keyboard introduced after iPD (interactive Phase Distortion). I bet it did have velocity, if not aftertouch.
