Anyone interested in a Delta 1010? Good deal (I think)

Well, I kinda went overboard getting this Delta 1010 -- I really didn't have a clue about how much this hobby costs! I can't really afford it and a good mixer or good preamps, so I'm thinking of selling it and getting an integrated 4 channel solution....

I paid $450 for it -- I'll consider any reasonable offers.
So, If anyone could use a Delta 1010, it sounds awesome, is in great condition, and I have the original box and manual, but I just won't ever use the potential, at least not for a long while!
Thanks,
Jed

Would there be any takers at $400?

If not, I'll just have to get a mixer, I guess...

I'd say if ya wanna get some money out of your investment put it on ebay or put it to use like you mentioned.

I've been looking into the 1010 lt lately at ~$250 (along with a million other affordable options) but I think the 1010 would be a little pricey for me.

It seems like a great card, i bet someone will snatch it up for $400 (or more..)

Thanks for the email, Steve. Well, I've decided to keep this Delta board then, as I just got a 16ch. mixer for a song on Ebay. Thanks everyone for taking a look, and for all the help so far.

I was just gonna say…good God man…you just bought it…give your self some time to grow into it. (I was following your purchasing thread in the Soundcards forum) :D. I too am somewhat perplexed at what I want to do. I think I am going to save up for a 1010 (used). I probably won’t have the cash together for that until May. I do however have a lot of other needs:

Monitors
Better Vocal mic
New neck on my elec. guitar (or new guitar)
Bass Guitar
(I’m sure I can think of more :D)

So…I still may go cheaper (I almost have enough now for a 1010lt or a delta 44 new) but the outboard converters, better word clock (from what I’ve heard here anyway), the rack mount breakout and the balanced ins & outs keep bringing me back to the 1010. I don’t need that much card right now either, but if I get this one, I will probably won’t need to ever buy a new card unless circumstances change drastically (like I write half a dozen blockbuster hit songs and can afford my own “real” studio :D)

Anyway, enjoy the 1010 :D
