Anyone have any source material on Bill Putnam?

Sorry, I didn't know where to post this. I'm looking for some credible sources talking about Bill Putnam and the gear he designed as well as the sessions he worked on. I need enough info to ramble on for at least 8 pages so anything you can dig up I would really appreciate. I already have the MIX magazine article as well as the little blurb from UAs web site and a PDF entitled "An Afternoon With: Bill Putnam".

I thought he was great in Independance Day and Spaceballs. He hasn't done anything in the last ten years that impressed me, though. Maybe a nod for Igby Goes Down... but that was just a small supporting role, really.
