I'm getting damn tired of the clean channel on my Dual Rectifier. I really like the gain channels. I've read that the Triaxis does a somewhat good Fender-like clean. How is the clean on the Triaxis? Is it clean? Or does it kind of break up a little?

The problem I have is I can't get the volume out of my clean channel that I want without it breaking up on me. I want Fender like clean that kind of chimes and I get a dull lifeless clean that breaks up when I slightly dig into the string(s)...especially on the lower strings. It does a little better on my Custom 22, but I don't want to use that all the time. I'm using a Gibson Les Paul with stock pickups.

Also, if anyone knows of any clips of the Triaxis in action, I'd love to get some links. There's not a shop locally that has them and I haven't been able to find any via Google.

Try a Jazz Chorus. Fender clean isn't really clean at all. Or you could back off the guitar's volume - your pickups are hot.

I want to avoid a two amp setup. Fender is the clean that I like and the clean that I'm used to. Much better than a Recto.

I could back off the volume...but it's still dull and lifeless. So that doesn't really help my situation.
